Returns and Exchanges

In cases where you have purchased an item in stock, you can return or exchange it within 14 days from the date of purchase.

For returns, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

It is also necessary to keep the purchased item with tags and labels in new condition, without stains or damage.

In cases where we manufacture a product according to your individual order in your desired colors, sizes, with embroidered logos, or individually ordered embroideries, these items are not eligible for return.

However, all our products come with a guarantee of an accurate and comfortable fit, provided correct measurements are provided.
